just backin up a lil ,.....

Nytol...this egg liquid from cost co..?....does it mind being frozen???

or has it got a decent life before its opened,?...

i can get to cost co every now and again and could stock up,,,,

cheers,....

oh and back on topic...i like to add at least one whole egg with every solid meal or shake,...

i started this as a means of ensuring a better more complete protien , and now its just a habit......
