I find adding raw eggs makes a huge difference, it is not due to the protein content, per g, as adding more whey does not make as much difference.
It could be the mix of protein sources, the fat in the yolk, or just the extra cals, I honestly dont know, but it makes a huge difference to me.
My shakes, normal, not Post WO, consist of 45g of whey, 4 eggs, 400ml goats milk, and 20g milkshke powder.
As a side note, Cost Co, do 1kg of Pasturised Whole Egg liquid, for £1.15, which is equal to 20 medium size eggs, I think this actually works out cheaper than buying eggs, and it far more convienient. You could cook with it too.
I only got 2 cartons to see what it was like, but I'll be driving 40 miles there to get a load more this week, it was that good,
