My shakes, normal, not Post WO, consist of 45g of whey, 4 eggs, 400ml goats milk, and 20g milkshke powder.

As a side note, Cost Co, do 1kg of Pasturised Whole Egg liquid, for £1.15, which is equal to 20 medium size eggs, I think this actually works out cheaper than buying eggs, and it far more convienient. You could cook with it too.

I only got 2 cartons to see what it was like, but I'll be driving 40 miles there to get a load more this week, it was that good,

Agreed

adding raw eggs to shakes makes a huge difference imo!

we cna have this arguements amount protien powders and real food all day long but i would much prefer to have one scoop whey and 4 eggs =45g protien that 2 scoops whey equalling the same.. imo eggs mixed is in a different league to protien powder only
