3 weeks wouldn't feel long enough to me, 6 is a decent short course, after all if your gona do it at all it may as well be proper lol!

PCT length looks more than adequate, some HCG on hand wouldn't hurt for sure and speeds recovery of the nuts enormously.

Out of interest, what effects did you have that made you feel you hadn't recovered, even months down the line? and what compounds did you use Deca?
