| any aids to prevent muscle loss when cant train..need help Have to go abroad for two weeks to the middle of nowhere in just over a month where there is without a doubt no gym around.
Been trying to figure out the best way to keep my muscle while there, especially as meat might not be available in my normal quantities and apart from protein powder (whey isolate and casein), BCAAs and multivitamin can't really think of what other supplements or even training I could follow when out there and not lose my muscle mass..Any ideas?
Wondered wether something like ALRI Restore or Anabolic Retain might help out..
Could do with any input guys please..
