| My Training Routine Hi lads
Getting ready to start my next cycle and just thought i would get my training routine checked out, im not sure wether or not there is any advantages or disadvantages of the routine im using but i do seem to get decent results, but can improve ? ok, i go to the gym 3 times a week adn do the following Tuesday
Chest
Arms
Situps
10min Jog
swim 10 lengths
sauna Friday
Sholders
Back
10min Jog
swim 10 lengths
sauna sunday
Legs
10min Jog
swim 10 lengths
sauna
i really blast each muscle group once a week for about 1 hour solid sometimmes more.
Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
