Jimbo, if your question really is serious, it looks like you didn't do much research into steroids before you started taking them. Three months is an awful long time to be taking 50mg of dianabol per day! If you haven't already stopped taking them, I'd stop now.
As far as I know, gyno (the nipple problem) is more or less irreversible. It could have been avoided in the first place though by taking Nolvadex (an anti-eostrogen) when your nipples became sore or itchy.
As for the other part of your question, I think things should return to normal once you stop the dbol and your natural testosterone production returns to normal. To aid recovery, you should start taking Clomid the day after taking the last dbol (I think). This will kick-start your endogenous testosterone production. The protocol for taking this can be found somewhere on this site.
A word of advice - if you're going to take steroids again, do thorough research, and make good use of forums like this one. The moderators are all very knowledgeable and will give you pointers and constructive criticism of your proposed cycles.
