advice of my routine training

back in the gym now after 2years i have put on abit of weight and no determine to lose the weight and get bigger.

i just want some of yours opinion on my schedule training

monday: arms (tri & bicep)

tuesday: chest

wednesday: back

thursday: shoulders

friday: leg

also 30min cardio 3 times a week
