ok i do light exercise:
i ride my bike to and from work each day, and im on my feet and probably walk couple of miles at work around our kitchen, sounds unlikly, but if you think that your walking around for 10 -12 hours a day even if only a few steps it all adds up.
so my total calorie intake is 2284.36 per day.
so with my diet my callories are going up to 3100 roughly, would that be good enough to put weight on?
