so what percentage of bodyfat are you??

what is your diet seeing as Protein is thermogenic on the body i do not think you can blame the fat on your sides down to just a protein drink...

if you feel that it is down to this you MUST know exactly everything else you eat as in weights and measures this is the only way to pin point one specific food group...

so put up your diet....

you will find that if you are as lean as you say then the only way to get that last bit of fat is to follow a pre-contest diet to some degree....unfortunatly you cannot spot reduce one area so if you lower your cals to much or drop your protein to much then you will loae muscle as well as fat...
