Pepper Tuna
1/2 green pepper chopped
1 courgette, sliced
1/4 tsp cayenne pepper or black pepper
3 TBS red onion, diced
2 5oz cans tuna
7 pitted green olives
1TBS lemon juice
1TBS olive oil
Mix and eat
