High androgen Pre workout mass cycle

OK so I've got about 5 weeks to run a gear course before I have to take some downtime before the British.

I've pooled a lot of knowledge and my own experience to create a bit of a mini monster cycle to get a few more pounds of muscle before the British on October 14.

My diet will start on July 14 so I've got till June 14 or thereabouts to grow a little bit.

Some background then.

I stopped all my gear about a week before the Portsmouth show apart from some Proviron to keep my androgen levels up while using Aldactone.

Then after the show I started immediately on my PCT which consisted of ROHM PCT caps.

I also used GH and insulin so as to keep myself in an anabolic state while taking advantage of the rebound after the diet.

I had about 4-5 weeks off total and started this cycle last Sunday.

The basic premise for this cycle is a anabolic/androgenic base with a high dose of androgens prior to workout which will clear within a few hours of the workout sort of like 'SteroidXplode' LMAO.

Heres the plan

Each week

400mg of ROHM 200mg/ml NPP
500mg of Jelfa Omnadren 250mg/ml

then prior to workout i.e. 1 hour or so

1ml Hormone Solutions OxyTest 150mg/ml
0.5ml Hormone Solutions Methyl Trienolone 2mg/ml
100mcg Omega IGF

I am also trialing a different PWO method which involves

5iu Actrapid Insulin
4iu Hygetropin

Taken together straight after WO.

I will be training as follows

MOnday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday

Wednesday and Sunday are rest days so no Insulin, GH, MT or OT on these days.

Saturday is always arm day.

The rest of the week is split up according to the following spilt

Chest
Delts, Traps
Back, Traps
Quads
Hamstrings and Calfs

so you'll see there are 5 workouts but only 4 workout days. Therefore each week will be different and this will keep shocking the body throughout the course.

Some planning is required i.e. I woudl never do Hamstrings the day after Back due to deads being utilised in both. similarly Chest would never follow Delts. So some weeks a bodypart may be rested 7 days others 10 and others 5. It is all designed to keep the body guessing and forcing growth.

So lets begin.

Last week when I started this course I was 93kg.

On Friday I was 97kg but quite bloated and with noticeable signs of water retention. Therefore I have started to use Letro each day which has brought down the water and also addressed any nipple activity which is always a concern using aromatising androgens.

Yesterday I trained legs and was 96.6kg. Today will be a rest day.

Diet plan and diary starts from tomorrow.
