My target is to loose more fat and was wondering if you could have a look at my diet to see if its ok?
7:30am - Breakfast - Protein shake (I can’t eat much in the morning, makes me feel sick
L)
10am – MRP Shake
12.30pm - Tuna and Rice
3:30 - ????????
4:30pm - train
6pm - PWO shake
9pm - Evening meal - high protein medium carbs
11pm – Whey Protein, 400ml Semi-skimmed Milk, ZMA on weight days
11.20pm bed.
I dont know what to have at 3:30, any ideas? Im also quite concious there are too many shakes in there. Any replacement ideas are welcomed! Im 18, 6"4 and 92kg. Any help is welcomed!
