8.00am porridge toast and a protien shake.
10.00 fruit and a flapjack.
12.30 scrambled eggs, yogurt and protien shake
2.00 sandwhich with chicken tuna oa ham.
4.30 chicken with rice or tuna with potatoes and veggies
7.00 bowl of porridge or muesli
10.00 protien shake and a handful of nuts
plus i drink at least 3 litres of water |
