Clyde...wasnt worrying about it...was annoyed by it! Not because of the whole forced reps thing though i find that a little dangerous to be going straight into. I was annoyed because i was sat their tightening all these dumbells right in front of them while they were pretty much throwing them onto the floor!
Firstly damaging the dumbells (whilst seeing me tighten them because of exactly the same reason) secondly, disrupting others from their workout - and i didnt realise just how much it does but i saw everyone keep turning around when they heard the thud and then roll their eyes and go back and thirdly they damage the flooring/mats!
EDIT: People, please read the posts properly before just skimming through it and finding bits too criticise! The thread is about gym etiquette and things that shouldnt be done in the gym, not how we are getting 'worried' about what others are doing.
