Haven't got the time or energy to worry about what others are doing, just get on with my own training.
As i said, i wasnt working out, i was sat there tightening the dumbells with allen keys whilst on shift

Talking about what people where though, when i very first started working out i remember doing some stretches and warm up sets to warm up with at the beginning and saw a guy doing squats with a jacket and scarf on for about 10mins, thats weird right?
