Re: GYM ETIQUETTE

Baldgit, I do hear what your saying though but i've learnt to just ignore and block out all the kn0bs you seem to get in EVERY gym.

When I go to the gym I couldnt give a monkeys what anyone else is wearing or doing for that matter! As long as someone is not hogging the equipment and the dumbells are put back on the rack, im good to go!

Me watching 2 men training together "using like 24's for incline d'bell presses....getting each other to do forced reps....3 sets each of 12 reps" would not interest me in any way shape or form. In fact would increase rest time between my sets and decrease the intensity of my own workout.
Haven't got the time or energy to worry about what others are doing, just get on with my own training.
