| Re: ready mixing protein drinks I have managed to collect a load of shakers nd i just load a few up with my sups in the morning and take to work. Just add some bottled water so i can neck it in about 2 mins..easy peasy. Dont opt for the ridiculous overpriced milk based rubbish in the fancy glass bottles... their full of low quality protein thats low on the bv scale and simple sugary carbs... not what you want when trying to lean gain muscle. The main point of this rant is to avoid that stuff at any cost!
