This one i dont agree with. Most of the above ones affect you (except shadow boxing) if they are dressed like Mr T and it makes them feel good then let it be

Impractical IMO but its upto the individual. To some people the jewellery may mean something? When i met Pscarb i think i remember him wearing a necklace with a ring on (which ya can see in his pics) presumably the ring means summat?
I know people that think people training whilst wearing a vest is gay, im not going to lie, unfortunately im not huge but i train in a vest...and im
not a poser, i do it because i feel more comfy! Dont have to worry about sleeves and i dont get hot. Same as shorts, im not very comfortable with my legs but wear shorts because i get hot and because i find trousers get caught up...but again you find people thinking people training in vests and shorts love themselves!:jerk:
What people wear shouldnt have any affect on anyone, nor how they walk...but the weight dropping and things like that p1ss me off!! Especially like the otherday i get asked my manager to tighten up all the dumbells..as im doing it i got these 2 men training together using like 24's for incline d'bell presses..they were both straight into gym, 1st exercise n were getting each other to do forced reps? They did like 3 sets each of 12 reps and needed help on
every rep! Then after every bloody set dropped the weight! In the end my fitness manager went and told them they can take over what im doing or leave unless they put the weights down.
