| Re: ready mixing protein drinks Shaker cups are your friend.... Back when I had a regular job many moons ago, I used to take MRP sachets and a shaker cup to work every day.
You can get some decent premade protein drinks though. We do some by ABB (American Bodybuilding) that are pretty good. The downside to most protein shakes is that if they are milk based (as most are) they have to go through heat treatments to be legal for sale, which damages the protein to some extent (or so I am told) so they arent a patch on protein powders. There are some whey isolate ready to drinks on the market now, like SSUSA protein ice, which dont have to go through heat treatment and are higher quality but they tend to cost a fair bit more. I think Reflex have a similar product hitting the market also.
There are always protein bars as well. Again, not as good a quality as protein powders but better than not having anything. I recommend AST Vyo Pro Bars and Garnell Apire bars.
The final option is those new liquid whey 'shots' that have hit the market. Again they are a bit pricey, but very convenient. IDS do one and GEN do one. In fact, CNP have one now also with beta alanine added in (excellent ingredient that increases workout endurance).
