| Re: Incline Dumbell Chest Press id say try flat dumbells first in your routine, then do incline smith machine pressing after. thats what i do and i get the best pump from these two excersises. flat dumbells are a good mass builder and then when you hit the incline smith, it keeps your form tight and really helps focus on your chest,
just imo maybe worth a try until youve built a good base then try the incline dumbells. |
