| really annoyed Right lads i am trying to gain muscle and shift this flab off my belly...I know it is like opposite eat less than normal to lose fat eat more to get muscle..what can i do to shift this flab on my belly its horrid! I mean when i sit down its like a sack.....my gf is like cant u train it away? the thing is i have meniscus making it hard to do jogging and all that what can i do to lose fat ...will fat disappear if i dnt eat chocolate nad coke and just eat protein carbs and veg or will i have to do cardio also |
