| Re: Sport Fat Reduction Loss theres been a recent study on spot reduction where athletes trained one leg on the leg extension and left the other leg rested. it was found that the trained leg released 9x more fat from there cells than the trained leg. it was found best to do high reps with low rest times between. (muscle anf fitness magazine)
but... the fat that is released from the cells will need to be burned off. im not saying this works but try training your abs, high reps with low rest time and then do 40mins cardio.
this is what im doing now.
at the end of the day though fat is fat and it will be burned off. if you still have fat on your stomach just keep burning it off. it will come eventually |
