Get to the point in your training schedule when you are just starting to peak, and then run a six week dbol only cycle to push through any existing plato.
30mg ed will be sufficient.
Make sure the diet and everything else is in order first though, and incorporate them into your training program at the optimum point.
This may well mean de-loading now and then using the next 8-12 weeks slowly building up to point where they will be of optimum benefit to you.
I myself will just be using gear in this fashion form now on.
