Re: How many grams of fat per day?

Mate, the amount of fat you eat in your diet should be relative to the varying amounts of carbs in your diet and your LBM.

If you cut back too drastically on carbs and fat your body only really has one choice breakdown your muscle to use as energy.

Obviously numbers will depend on your LBM as already stated but this is what I'm Doing at present:

Low Carb Day
100g Fat

Medium Carb Day
50g Fat

Re-feed Day
25g Fat

These are only very rough guide but you get the idea - as your carbs go up the fat should come down and vice versa on a carb cycling diet.

I'm by no means an expert mate but I've learnt so much from journals from SuperCell, DB, Pscarb, Tinytom Dehli etc and posts in the diet section I reckon I'm pretty well versed now.

I hope this helps,

Jock
