Re: Slight knee pain/niggle

Actually i should have added, i dont train calves at the moment and i only squat and deadlift for legs, i dont do any SLDL or any direct hamstring work, i know you can get an muscle inbalance from doing this and it can effect your knees, but ive only been training 5 months. Could it happen that quick ?
