| My Diet (First Cycle) I am 2 weeks in to my first cycle and i think i am not eating enough what do you think.
Up at 3.15am and i have 300g of oats with semi skimmed milk & a table spoon of honey. And I take vitamin c, multi vitamin, iron, cod liver oil.
At 4.00am I have half a cup of rice with a cheese sauce & a protein shake.
Then I cycle to work
At 7.00am I have a protein bar.
Then I have a protein shake at 10.15am.
At 10.45 I have a beef stake in a whole meal roll.
Then I cycle home.
11.30am I have half a cup of rice and 200g of chicken & apple and banana.
12.15pm I cycle to the gym then I train
Post workout I take CNP’S Pro Recovery then i cycle home.
When I get home about 1.30pm I have 1pound of potatoes and 200g of chicken.
At 3.00pm I have a protein shake.
At 5.00pm I have 200g of chicken.
At 6.30pm I have a lot of broccoli & cauliflower.
At 7.30 I have x7 egg whites.
At 9.00 I have a protein shake then I go to bed.
I think I need more carbs before I go to work but I can’t fit them in I am a baker and I am very active in my work.
I am going to start taking udo’s oil aswell. And I may start to eat fish I hate it but I think I can force it down.
What do you think? Any suggestions. Thank you |
