Re: Shoulder Injury

Hi mate, you seem to have more or less the same problem as me! iv had a bad shoulder for about a year and half. Im in exactly the same position where ive been bounced from physio to physio with every one of them having a different opinion and trying different treatments with no improvement! Iam currently seeing a hospital physio who seems to think my injury was caused by a muscle inbalance because my lower back was/is not as developed as my upper back (not sure how this is as it was an impact injury whilst playing rugby.) but this could be a probable cause in your case. Anyway my physio has refered me to a surgeon as she thinks something maybe ripped. My advice would be to go to you GP and have them refer you to a hospital physio and have the physio refer you to a surgeon.

As you can probly tell im no expert and can only tell you of what i have done and been told.

Hopefully some other guys may have more of an idea than me.

Tom.
