| Re: Twisted Ankle You could use the hot and cold water method to increase bloodflow and speed healing.
Put your foot in ho****er for a few minutes, when its nice and warm dunk it straight in a cold water bucket, when its cooled down swap back again, repeat.
I haven't tried it but was always told it was great for speeding along injuries, though not in the first 48hrs of course.
