I'd agree with Nine on this - a tear in the meniscus (your knee cartilage) may result in a bit of tissue floating around in your knee, which is what I suspected. Might just be a ligament strain - in which case it should settle down with rest and ice.
A physio may cost anywhere between £25-£35 per session. It's always wise to get it checked out - a GP won't do sh1t IMO. They'll just tell you to rest and take pain killers or anti-inflammatories. |
