Re: Seated cable row v's Bent over rows with back problem.

If you have a lower back injury, then rest it period, do not do any training that emphasises that area and certainly nothing whihc would casue you to bend more than 45 degrees.

Isolational work is all you are going to be able to do until you are rested 6-8 months.
