| Cramps didnt know quite where to put this so i put it here..anyway
i get cramps a LOT, especially in my legs but in other muscles such as abs , lats biceps triceps forearms calves..everywhere basically!
-i get a ton of vitamins
-ive tried taurine and potassium , no effect
-i drink tons of liquids
-i stretch
-my dad thinks i dont get enough salt in my diet and thats why
-my friends think im 'too big' and thats why (dont ask me why thats a reason)
any ideas people?
