i think you would be surprised at how gifted most of the pros really are for example i went to the 91 olympia in orlando (dorians first olympia) ronnie coleman was then a junior and he was acting as door security that day but even then he had 20-21 inch arms he,d get a pump combing his hair !!,most trainers in gyms are not genetically superior,i think also that you have to have the disposition to take fairly big amounts of gear. |
