Re: knee problem help

As Samurai says, rest & ice. you may have momentarily subluxed your patellar tendon from the groove it tracks in. If there's any swelling or inflammation after 24hrs, get to a physio or an injury therapist. Do NOT train legs today. A missed workout is far better than six weeks out after aggravating a minor tweak.
