| ankle/shin/calf while running Whenever I do CV lately I'm getting pain in my lower leg it seems to start in my ankles and work up my shin and calf a bit the more I go on.
I normally alternate between jogging and brisk walking and have found it's worse when I slow to the walk. It's like a burning sensation but not like I get when weight training, quite painful.
I have been doing a lot lately, most mornings.
Any ideas? |
