which protien hi dudes i`m brand new today, i was just wonderring about protien shakes. which ones are good and which ones ain`t so good coz there`s shed loads out there and is it a case of more money equals better protien or do you really need to look at the ingreediants to see if theres added unwanted extra`s i will be greatfull for any help, also is it better to bulk up then cut or cut then build up cheers:lift: |
