| Re: Back Issue They are good suggestions Hacks, esp the one on the top right. I usually pull the leg up a little further and pull arcoss my body. I do this 4 times per day. Hold for 30 secs on each rep, for 3 reps on each leg. This helps release any tension or compression in the glute which is one possible cause of sciatica.
