| Re: Omlettes Cheese/Tuna I first had a tuna omellette in menorca last year.
Havent stopped eating them since, they are beautiful!
I use:
8 Eggs: 6 Whites / 2 Whole.
1 x 200g Tin Tuna in spring water
red onion, chopped birds eye chilli and mushrooms.
Cook up with a little olive oil, either into an omlette or break up into "Egg Foo Young" style dish.
