I posted this elsewhere, worth putting it here too
1 Packet of Rowntree's sugar free jelly (strawberry or blackberry)
1 Scoop Strawberry flavoured whey (I Use Extreme Pro whey)
550ml Water.
Make up jelly as per packet (boil 300ml water, pour over jelly granuels, stir)
Put into blender and add 2 scoops whey.
Blend on pulse, a second at a time. Do not blend for too long as it goes VERY frothy!
Pour into dish, put in fridge to set, and eat
Depending on which whey you use will determine the amount of carbs, think this works out at about 6g carbs, 60g protein, 2g fat per pint.
