Mate I really feel for you dude as I was in the slim tall boat too and fanked my back too, the sciatica that you are getting is the worst, it gets so god dam annoying! Cant cough of sneeze with out pain in legs :(

I have felt some relief since seeing a chiro but the release of pain only lasted a few days and now I need to see her again I just hope that each time the relief lasts a big longer cause I really dont wanna go under the knife especially since I am on a 2 year working holiday its the last thing I wanna do while over here and I dont really trust the NHS to much.

i have only been going through it for 6 months and already it does my head in so I reckon you must be going out of your mind.

did they fuse the three lower verts in your back when they did the surgery or just trim down the herniated disc in your back?
