Breakfast/Bedtime Shake

Suitable for a 4000 calorie low carb diet as one meal of six.

2 scoops chocolate whey
50g Natural Organic No added Sugar Peanut Butter(tescos)
1T Udos Oil
500ml Water.
Zero carb sweetener (stevia etc only if whey has no sweetener)

Blend all of the above with a hand blender (£10 Argos) and drink!
