Most people can't (at least not for anything more than a couple of weeks or so), so include rest days between each workout to keep you fresh and recovered (particularly your CNS).

Essentially you want to train with as much volume and frequency that YOU can while still gaining. For most people, around 10 work sets per workout, 3 times a week (rest day in between each workout), with a legs/push/pull split is a FAIRLY good starting point to experiment from.
