Re: Back Issue

What is your GP actually doing about it? Have you been refered for an MRI? I'd press for this as its been 6 months. Usually, referals are given if you have had the pain for more than 6 weeks with no sign of improvment. I'm on a LONG waiting list :( . If your pain is so bad it might be worth looking into how much it would cost to get a scan done or look at going private.

There is a Chriopratic Register you could check out. Look for a sports Chiro if poss. Not all are sympathetic towards lifting injuries in the manor that we get them. I may be wrong, but a Chrio can't really do that much to fix a disc bulge. However, they will re-align your spine which may give some relief or remove pressure caused by your pelvis etc... You might get more input on a recommended Chiro if you ask someone in the main forum. Just don't get too specific about the injury or your post may get moved back here.
