Re: Stich??? i tried that method but forgot to breath on the 3 left steps and fainted,seriously though its abit of all the previous, i used to do a lot of running and the main things are strech well,try to breath properly,dont go for a run untill at least 1 hour after food,and dont do too much too soon, but give her more time to get used to the running then the stitche's will disapear altogether.unless you belive the saying that--
