if you do not know how your body reacts to Steroids then use Nolvadex from the start of a cycle if you do know that you normally get symptoms after a cpl of weeks then start when the symptoms appear....

AI - Aromatase Inhibitors
PCT - Post Cycle Therapy (much more important than anything else in my opinion...)
