Re: D BOL ONLY CYCLE

Harry is correct to what he has said about your diet a better diet would be

DIET:
BREAKFAST: bowl porridge+ 2 scoops protein shake

mid morning: MRP drink + 1 piece fruit

lunch: uncle bens rice/pasta+chicken breast/salmon/sirloin+salad and pint of milk

mid afternoon: MRP drink + 1 piece fruit

tea/dinner: PWO drink consisting of 50g of carbs and protein

supper: salmon/steak/chicken+uncle bens rice/pasta/potato+salad/greens

before bed MRP drink + handful of nuts

I can see from your stats you are a hard gainer but you still need to eat quality protein and carbs and drop the choc bars in my opinion full fat milk has no place in a diet most use it in the belief it is a quick way of putting on weight but a better way would be to use water or semi-skimmed milk in protein shakes then add either nuts/seeds or peanut butter....

As for your course i don't understand why you want to taper the D/bol this is an outdated method that has been shown not to be the best way to use this drug stick to 40mg ed for the whole 6 weeks i would also run 20-40mg nolvadex with this to counter any gyno you may get this will also help with water retention.
you can use nolvadex in both the cycle and PCT...
