You say you want to bulk up, but then you say you are wanting to loose fat?
Which one do you want to do first mate? I suggest (& taking into consideration your height & weight) you lose your bit of fat first then concentrate on a clean bulk.
I bet with a sound diet you will lose your 'fat' quickly combined with weights & cardio. Can you post up your current diet mate? |
