Also, train your body to eat more.
If you eat and eat untill you feel sick, wait fot it to settle, then eat again untill you are almost sick. (Rice and pasta is good for this) do this for a week or so and you`ll notice your appitite raging from then on.
Worked for me, not saying it will for everyone tho
