Well I guess I feel ok when I get up in the mornings. Never amazing. If I train at lunchtime, then i tend to feel a bit drowsy in the afternoons and the first hour when i get home is basically Cabbage time, this is pretty much normal if I have lifted to failure during the day.
Happy generally though, no colds/flu like things from the lack of sleep/reduced immune system (touch wood).
Thanks for the advice on the AI. I've never really had massive issues with water retention, so wasn't intending to add it in. I think I might consider it for cycle 4 though, I usually just keep enough Nolva on hand to get me through if i see signs of gyno.
Slightly relieved to hear that the break in my sleep isn't a major issue tbh cos I am quite happy with the side effect!
well except at work... I think my boss keeps looking at me funny.
