It doesn't go cold or anything just numb, in my middle fingers particuarly. But once i move position it goes pretty quickly. It only does it when i lie on my side and stick the arm thats underneith me out. Bad description i know!

Ill make an appointment with the quack, cheers gents!! | Your just sleeping on a nerve lol, probably the median but the middle finger is tricky as ulnar I think does one side of it.
If it s only at night then you are sleeping on it, otherwise it could be inflammation further up the arm and anti-inflams may help.
