Still getting better had no pains for 3 or 4 days now can't believe it.... loving the seated rows again feel soo good along with wide grip lat pulldowns, just amazed how quick its made a difference ! And put on 3 or 4 Ibs since last week.... the only weired think is i get like a stiffness feeling im my traps & sort of tricep but the arm is fine and I have no restricted movement so not sure what that is ! |
